First, welcome!!
So sorry to hear you're having a bad time of it right now. I have had a bout of crying in the bathroom, although it was for arthritis and my inability to get down and clean like I used to be able to do. So, I understand how it is to lock yourself away and have a good (or bad) cry and I also understand the helpless feeling that psoriasis gives us at times too.
I'm really glad you found your way here, it's a good place to just talk and to people who know what it feels like to have this awful disease. It's also a good place to hear of the success of different treatments and to learn about the different ways we all control our psoriasis. I've found it helpful when it comes to discussing things with my dermatologist as well, I feel much better informed.
I sincerely hope you get in to see a dermatologist soon and that your regular doctor will be able to at least give you something in the meantime.
