At my work party I wear a nice frock, I have very bad psoriasis on my legs but I wear fishnet type tights I have a nice pair that have roses on (looks great with red skin)
The other thing is accessorise with some nice jewellery and bangles, it breaks up your arms.
Long sleeve tops can be nice, some people wear lacy type tops.

I guess some of it depends on your clothing taste

But above all, just try to enjoy a night out xxx
