I have no experience with Fumaderm, but others will happily discuss that with you.
I did light therapy, but I was also on Acitretin at the time so I don't know which to credit with helping so I'll say it was a combination of the two. After having doctors warn me of getting too much sun, it's a bit odd now having them tell me to get out in it. I'm looking forward to summer here (southern U.S.) and hoping the sunshine helps, but as you said it will help with mood if nothing else.
