Thanks for your replies, I am now day 2 into my 3rd week, taking 3 initial a day, feeling qite sick and stomach cramps today - I Will persevere  

Ok Debbie are you taking the tablets with a meal and washing down with plenty of fluid.
It can be unpleasant but it should be manageable .., Caroline has suggested taking them with yoghurt. Keep coming back and talking
.the cramps will get less as time goes on but the nausea I never experienced myself but if you take them with meals and fluid should make a difference
The fact you are having side effects means that the drug is having an effect on your body which is a positive to take from the discomfort
Thanks for posting, please keep us informed, together as a group we should get you through the initial stages till you start seeing an improvement
