Thanks for your replies, I am now day 2 into my 3rd week, taking 3 initial a day, feeling qite sick and stomach cramps today - I Will persevere  

Yes keep at it, sometimes treatments can upset our systems for a while but in the long run it is best to give it a good try. When I first went on to Stelara I didn't like the feeling of tiredness or flu like feelings, although they were short lived and minor I'm glad I stuck with it as I'm now 5 years in and still doing well.

I know it's not Fumaderm, but it's something to bear in mind.

I would say keep going, Fumaderm has shown good results.  

Yes definately not giving up, my feet are getting worse since stopping the acitretin, so getting painful to walk again and the itching at night!
