Ceramics in hip replacement caused psoriasis

I read that this is a first case.
Is this the first case in a range of two cases? Or in a range of 1000 cases?
Certainly it is something to take serious, but we don't know yet if it is significant.

I read it as the first and only case as they say "suspected that psoriasis was caused by a ceramic insert. and when removed it the psoriatic lesions completely disappeared"

I think the report is suggesting ceramics may be the cause of the psoriasis, and it needs investigating.
