I am not a new patient for them so it should count in my favour that I need better treatment.

Bit of a setback though. Just got informed by my client that he can not release me for my appointment next week. So had to cancel my dermatologist. Tried to reschedule and got pencilled in for end of June...Because I am self employed and just started this contract with the client, it will cost me dearly if I do not comply with the client's wishes. For now, I'll have to wait till end of June before I can look forward to some new treatment.

Bad luck that, as the sooner you get some treatment the better you will feel as you clear the psoriasis.
It will though give you more time to read up on here about the best treatment for you, it's a shame your client couldn't be more accommodating
