Hi,

I think many of us will agree it is a case of trial and error with finding something that can offer relief that's one f the wonders of psoriasis Wink

It might be worth having a look on the natural/alternative board

I'm currently using epaderm moisture cream from GP and olive oil and sometimes add a drop of lavender oil in too

if you do find something please feel free to share it on here
