I have to be honest lol Smile

the way I have been living for the past few years I'm not surprised my psoraisis hasn't improved. I was never told by my gp what sort of foods i should avoid i know smoking and alcohol are bad but wow didnt realise everything else lol I have been looking through loads of info and I will be trying lots of the remedies.
