My biggest problem was the language barrier. The doctor was (I'm guessing) Eastern European and struggled a little to communicate. I emphasised as strongly as I could I wanted Fumaderm and I understood clearly that his hands were tied but it was impossible to figure out why. I assume from what I could understand that he had been told not to prescribe it but I'm far from sure xxx
