I can't add much more that what Jim and Caroline have already said, and I will also add "There Is No Cure" so unfortunately you are going to have to manage it. This can be done but it comes down to what is a available to you in Nigeria, so the best I could suggest would be to follow what your dermatologist is suggesting.
If it helps we do understand how you feel, and it must be so frustrating when you read us Europeans saying the Sun does help us yet you have Sunshine and psoriasis.
Like the others said, have a good read through some threads in Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis and Natural Treatments For Psoriasis and see if you can find something that is available to you.
