Welcome Ando! I can't really add much either to what's been said. Personally I've found that creams can help with moisturizing and helps minimally with itching but don't really offer much long term relief. There are a lot of treatments available that do help and it's a matter of finding what is available to you. I'd suggest finding a dermatologist to work with you and ask questions about treatments, you'll find a lot of info here that can help you regarding different types of treatments. I hope you find one that works for you. Smile
