Thanks to you all for the warm welcome and the information.
I started my treatment and I'm now on week 6 .
the box says fumaderm 70 ( I believe they are 70 tablets though) and I'm tacking 3 tabs a day.
the scales have been cleaned up completely and the skin is not irritated and thinner.
I still have the aureola ( not sure how to describe the stain) but it seems regressing steadily.
No side effects yet ( ok  i do pay some visit to the loo but not sure I can attribute this to the product).

So happy out so far, I believe I can get t-shirt and shorts very soon.
the only "side effect" is the cost of the medication.

We call the aureola, a flush. I guess you mean the getting red all over.
Yes, the loo effect is probably due to the DMF but will regress also.
