I am sorry about all the troubles you are having...  I do have a question, what do you mean by "exclude?" They do not cover the medication, or simply will not approve it? The Consentxy patient assistance program should tell you if your drug is covered by your insurance.

I was told by my medical assistant at my dermo's office that my insurance company said the drug is excluded from coverage.  There is an NDC block on it.  It is not covered by my insurance.   The patient rep at Cosentyx I work with said she is dealing with many people who have the same insurance company I do and we are all going through the same thing.   Ugh!
