Sorry to here you're feeling down, psoriasis has a nasty habit of hitting us hard sometimes and usually for me it's just when I think things are going well. Confused

I know it's not easy but if you can try to have a positive attitude it does help immensely. Have a good look through the forum especially in the Off Topic section I'm sure you will find something to cheer you up a bit.

But one thing for sure. Now you have found us, I'm sure you will find knowing there are others who understand does help.
