It does sound like psoriasis though it is difficult to diagnose, I'm not so sure of the description "greenish liquid" but the other things you describe say it could be.

Check out this thread for the different types of psoriasis: Types Of Psoriasis Explained have a read through and there are links to images that may help.

But in the end a diagnoses should only be given by a professional as some psoriasis treatments can aggravate other skin problems.

Hope that has helped a bit, and if it is psoriasis you will find lots of support here.
