Enjoyed your story, made me want to hop in the tub ASAP. I agree relaxation is a cure. Whatever works. It sounds like it works well for you!
I love long hot soaks too, especially if it's in a hot tub with those massaging jets.
After, I always moisturize my skin as it gets very dry. Palmoplanter P. Cracks easily if I don't.
