That is a shame Bobby I know that feeling when you get it in your head that this is the one. I too had a problem when I first went onto the Bio treatments.

#1 Remicade: Was my first it worked great and was amazing at clearing my skin and unlocking my psoriatic arthritis. But after a few months my body just wasn't happy and I had to come off it.

#2 Enbrel: This was great my skin cleared up again and the psoriatic arthritis was the best it had been for a long time, unfortunately it just stopped working one day.

#3 Humira: It was fantastic for about a month then I had a reaction to it and ended up in hospital for a week as my body was shutting down. That wasn't nice and to be honest started putting me off the Bio treatments, but my dermatologist said "Don't give up we will find something"

#4 Stelara: Wow she was right there was something, and Stelara gave me back my life again. I have been on it now for over 5 years and although I had a few times when I thought it maybe failing, after us playing around with the dose life is good again.

So my opinion would be don't let it get you down, ask for another Bio to try. It can take time but the next one could be the one for you, plus there are more than the ones I mention above today and even more in the pipeline.

It's natural to have a fear as they are still a new treatment, but for me without them I would be a wreck as the Oral treatments are not for me sick

Talk it over with your wife, have a look through Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis and do a bit of reading and get others opinions.

But me I would say try another bio. Thumb
