Hi Armadi,

At least welcome to the forum. I hope you can find what you are looking for.

I fear I cannot help you with your problem, but maybe you can by trying to ask specific things on the forum, as you are basically already doing, find some information on how to handle.
The location of you psoriasis is a serious one I should think. Creams on corticosteroid bases should be prevented I think.
