Should I medicate again???

I think it's definitely a personal decision. I've never reached 100% "clear" but I'm close. When my psoriasis was causing me to be self conscious and was itching like crazy, I was prescribed Acitretin which helped. But as long as I can maintain where I am or close to it, I'll forgo any meds. I think it comes down to how you feel about it. If it's itching and constantly bothering you then I'd seek treatment or if it's making you self conscious. If however you are ok with where you are right now, you can try just topicals or moisturizers to help.
