I think it is correct Turnedlight, but two things...

1) This does not explain the Psoriatic Arthritis version of Psoriasis, as there are no skin cells in your joints to be attacked, so how does this work?

2) You are forgetting some other, strongly Psoriasis related diseases like, Crohns and Multiple Sclerosis.
