Oh, about the light treatment, you could do that but, indeed it takes time, it probably will work for your skin, but that is limited for during the treatment, after the treatment psoriasis will come back again. And you must realise that the light is quite 'hard', which means that your skin will grow older in an increased rate. It is like having a very intensive sunbath.
