to Psoriasis Club.
I'm a fan of the bio's my latest one Stelera I've been on for over 5 years. They have given me my life back, and yes I understand some peoples concerns about possible side effects but I've not yet met anyone with anything serious. I would rather take the bio's and eat and drink what I like to have clear skin, it's a lot easier than following a diet which I'm still not convinced of.

Don't hesitate to start your own thread about your treatment in Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis if you wish. It's a good way of keeping track and could help others.
