to the site, unfortunately there is no cure and as far as I know there is no short term relief that's guaranteed to help before a holiday , there are things a dermatologist can try like UV treatment, or methotrexate, but we are all different and react to different things. And nothing is guaranteed to clear your skin
If someone tells you they have a cure ... Don't part with your money because it won't work ....having said that look through the site there is a lot of information about all prescribed treatments and a lot about natural treatments .
Do look around the site, you will also be made very welcome in the off topic section where everyone is friendly
