I used to go swimming in a private pool and it didn't affect my psoriasis, I never found the chemicals that they use caused me any harm.
My daughter used to have a pool and we would use it regularly, but was never brave enough to bare all in a public pool

Swimming in the sea was a great help though, but I don't think you will be jumping in the sea at the moment
