Hello John,
You bet we are a happy bunch.
Despite our common problems of psoriasis or PsA, we come here for help, supporting words, but also for some fun in the Off Topic section.
13 years of Psoriasis and nothing helps... Yes, than it may be time to try something "stronger". There is quite some around, but for you it would be the systemics (pills) or the biologicals (injections). Take your time and do look around, and..... ask questions to the ones who use certain medications you want to know more about.
And another thing, have fun with us !
