I really appreciate that. I have never tried coconut oil. I have really bad hacks on my hands which are very deep. Same with my elbows and forearms. A little bit on my eye lid and some on my knees. It my elbows and hands that are really sore. My elbows I can hide but my hands get me really down because I can't constantly wear gloves. I have lost a job because of it. I have tried everything. its as if the skin is appearing before the acid even gets a chance to remove the old stuff. I am really embarrassed with my hands. I can't imagine what someone covered must feel like. And people under estimate just how sore it can be x

Nobody here will underestimate the pain and embarrassment of having to try to hide psoriasis, and you can read countless members here who have had the same experience

It's as much a mental problem as it is physical and the more you stress about it the worse it gets and spirals down, well now you are among friends, who will hopefully come up with some other ideas when they get up tomorrow
