Have no fear, the mad bear is here

Welcome to the loony bin for Psoriasis sufferers, i'm the insane one on here

Seriously Goodstuff, i think firstly, get to a dermatoligist, secondly, i use salicylic acid but only on my heels. I have used it before on my P when it was out of control (long story) but it only reduces the plaques, not the inflammed redness !!!
Try not to use it all the time as it can kill off the good skin.
For the moment, see if you can grab a tub of Biona virgin coconut oil raw & cover your P in that, it's good. You can get it from Amazon or fleabay. I think, though i'm not 100% sure, you can grab it from Holland & Barrett ?
I use it & i have some cotton gloves (soaked in coconut oil now) & i put the coconut oil on my hands & finger tips then put the gloves on & it helps take the sting out the soreness etc.
Pop in more & let us all know how you are getting along & don't worry, we are all in the same boat so we understand about P (probably more than those that examine us !!!!

Here lassie, have this ..............
