Hi Goodstuff welcome to the site,sorry to hear of all your problems.
GPs know a little about a lot but not a lot about a little so you need a dermatologist and the sorry thing about is that the ones who shout the loudest get the treatment , give your doctor some stick after all you are not in it to win a personality contest and he is there to do a job. He won't like writing prescriptions as it's coming out of his budget but that's not your problem it's his ,he is there to look after your health you are not there to look after his pocket. I have had more problems with the NHS over the years with my daughter and now we take no prisoners and I will walk over anyone of them that gets in the way ,they are all employed to look after us and if they do not do that then they deserve every thing they get.
Sorry I am getting carried away , welcome and the inmates on here will make you welcome and will try to answer any questions you have with the truth coming from people with suffer from the P not read from a book.
