Don't worry about it being your first time on a forum, just shout out somewhere if you get stuck and someone will find you. You will find us a small but friendly bunch, so just dive on in.
Re Dead Sea Salt: I think if you could bath in the Dead Sea each day it could have some affect, but I'm of the opinion that it wouldn't work at home. Having said that I do believe in the placebo effect (if you think it's working it will)
Well done you for not letting psoriasis stop you doing things, a positive attitude is one of the best treatments out there.
We're glad you found us too, and don't hesitate to share your treatment / experience with others
