Funny they keep raising stress as a trigger for psoriasis! Mine is not triggered by stress, I have had the most wonderful stress free year ever and my psoriasis is the worst it has ever been. Who knows, I guess we are all individuals and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another!
I generally do not believe in lotions and potions that are herbal, but I fully respect others who do. Medication that is derived from herbs has been researched, tested and side effects published, I feel I can make an informed choice this way, I'm not sure you can do the same with herbal meds.
