Hi Sam and welcome.

I had psoriasis for years and it just started to get worse and the creams less effective so I went to my GP and got on the treadmill.

Fortunately for me MTX is working, BUT I think you need to be pretty insistent with your GP as they are the first port of call. Then be insistent with the consultant.

If your not happy with your treatment regime tell them, if its not effective, tell them.

However do give it time to take effect.
