You forget Acetretin at the systemics
And Cosentyx and Humira from the biologicals. But there are more biologicals that may work.
Oh, and of course you shouldn't listen to the Stelara-gang and the MTX-gang... they are soooo biased ...
There is of course a reason that I am in favor of DMF, and that is the fact that it is non toxic and transfers into a body owned substance once it is taken up in the intestines.
Next to that it appears to have a number of advantages on more aspects than only Psoriasis, it also works for MS, Lupus, Crohns, Decubitus, and probably more auto-immune based diseases.
I have been using it for 8+ years without any problems, but the normal side effects.
