Hi Krug I wish I could advise you but I have never been on the biological treatments and am not sure of their toxicity regarding kidney damage
You could look through the various ones available to us in the uk here Biological Treatments For Psoriasis you will see Cosentyx is listed now and is proving very effective
I hope Eric gets sorted out on Tuesday and his Kidneys have recovered some function,it must be very worrying for you both ....
