Like yourself I m 2 weeks into Acitretin and things are progressing slowly. My itching has diminished a massive amount, but the skin shedding is horrific. Its like an explosion in a fish food factory in my bedroom, the Dyson is beginning to complain.
I take it you moisturise, the forums go to product is virgin coconut oil. Give it a go if you've never tried it. For the itching , have you tried antihistamines? They work for me, but as you will come to realise very quickly everybody is so very different in the way things work
