Many thanks to all so far who have replied its very encouraging.  I have continued to use the betnovate and my hands are clearing up and the pustules are dissapearing at the moment which is a big relief for me.  I do notice that the sole of my foot does tend to get a hot sensation after applying the Betnovate but doesnt last too long.  Having said that the skin is soft and thin caused by my previous scratching.  Im also continuing to apply to the elbows which are making some slow progress.  I will take note of the Coconut Oil as people seem to be raving about it for all sorts of reasons. Hey what about the good old calamine lotion!

Some have said that Apple Cider Vinegar can be good too.  Has anyone ever heard of Steven Johnson Syndrome (SDS)  I stumbled on it accidentally looking through Wikipedia, what a horrendous thing to have.
