Hi Sally. welcome to the club , I can still smell the tar now you have mentioned it , what a real mess that was. When you see your GP I would insist that you are referred to a dermatologist as in recent years the treatments have come on quite a lot and I am sure that you can be treated with something much better now. The trouble with GPs is that they know a little about a lot but not a lot about specialist areas .
By the way take no notice of the inmates as they are all barmy .
