I appreciate you have a phobia about doctors, but psoriasis is not something to self diagnose or even treat come to that in my opinion. You could actually be making things worse, I would say bite your lip and go to a doctor.

Good point and I am on the verge. I just thought I'd see if anybody has experienced anything similar. I don't have good insurance nor do I even know where to begin to look for a doctor. I'm a truck driver and lease operator so I only am able to take a week off at a time, at most. Fixed expenses make it so I have to keep rolling. I haven't found one dermatologist that takes emergency appointments and I'm at an emergency pain level. I'm also worried about the extreme costs involved for emergency services.
