Aussie Bill, Fred? You make me sound like a friggin koala. Hello AaLF. You will find heaps of info here on diet and natural remedies. Pierreblonde (aka Keith) got good results this way and outlines his approach on the forum. While I dont ignore diet and nutrition, for me they are very secondary to drugs in the management of my psoriasis and psoriatic arthropathy.
The biggest mistake I made with my illness was not seeking effective treatment sooner. I certainly wish I had discovered Psoriasis Club sooner. There are many effective treatments for psoriasis these days. You should be seeing a dermatologist and getting a treatment plan prepared to manage your disease. And you can forget banana peels.
