That really sucks... I'm not sure why you're rheumatologist isn't willing to give it a try. He is willing to give you MTX even though it had no efficacy with preventing bone damage. Can you ask for a new one?

It is as if the derm has blindfolds on.

@Jim, I myself am the living example that DMF works for PsA. Even stronger... it is even logical that is works. Psoriasis is an auto-immune disease, with two expression forms. It is very logical that the medication agains the disease works for both expressional forms. And DMF specifically works because of its influence on the auto-immune cause of the disease.
Shall I write a letter to your derm for you?
