It's another  way to see if there are threads you miss as links to new health related threads are posted on Twitter
So a great idea to follow the club  

I don't like admitting it but I have no idea what or how you Twitter  

Although I work in the technology industry and should understand Twitter i don't, some people are very good at using it. I have tried but simply did not get it at all. However I do see that it is useful if you know what you are doing!

I only use it to follow friends and see what's happening locally
It's easy to just look to see what's happening locally on the day or what your friends or clubs have tweeted

I retweet some funnies and a few political things and the odd photo
