Hi Linda and a warm welcome particularly to the Acitretin Gang 
I've been on Acitretin since April so I am just behind you. I'm on 30mg now, upped about a fortnight ago from 25mg. Yup I have the dreaded dry lips, going through sticks of Nivea lip balm like mad. I also have peeling hands and feet. It doesn't look pretty but it is better than the Ps. I have had IBS in the past it kicked of after a holiday in Turkey(I'm sure you can guess the primary cause
). I've not had any problems for a long while now and the Acitretin doesn't affect my digestive tract. That doesn't mean that it is not causing yours to flair though. One of the first things you come to realise on here that the disease (Ps) and the treatments effect everyone differently. As for the hair I have heard of people loosing it or it thinning out but I can't for the life of me remember who it was or the outcome 
.
