The experience you describe is more or less the approach of Charles, the guy who made the website howtobeatpsoriasis dot something.
I agree with Jim, this is a very heavy regime. Good to see that somebody else uses it, and to find that it works. This means overall that psoriasis and your total metabolism are heavily interacting.
@Jim, this is also the reason that your Fumaderm is working, it is able to repair part of your metabolism, done by the DMF.
