Nobody should take offence when asked to provide evidence. Look at how convincing and informative Belinda's documented experience is. How would her thread compare sans pics? Just a few is enough, and there is no need for immodesty. Andy's thread would be as interesting if he cut out all the botty pics as a compassionate gesture to members and in support of their temperance.

As Fred points out, curing your psoriasis with diet and exercise is a rare thing. With more evidence you stand a far better chance of helping others.
