Hi Bob and I'm glad you have registered and made your first post so 
to the club, where you will find a friendly group of sufferers ( some more sane than others 
) you will find ...but we do all support each other through this disease and advise what works and what doesn't in a non judgemental way.
You are very young to have to suffer with this and as you say it's the foot pain and not being able to walk on them which must be the hardest thing to deal with,
You say you have only just been diagnosed ....was it a GP or a dermatologist that diagnosed it . A dermatologist should have steered you onto a path of treatment, if they haven't I suggest you get back in touch with them and tell them how it's affecting your quality of life and you need to be treating it with something
