Need help on white psoriasis scars

ok so im going to try and make this short as possible i finally got a job with health care but it takes a few weeks to kick in so i want to get the ball rolling right away on dealing with these scars. My psoriasis is practically gone thats been my battle the past few years but now i face a new battle in treating the scars it left behind. Its only on my arms i have white spots that lost pigment and i really hope its not perminent. Any help is welcomed is anybody else dealing with this? I would post a pic but dont know how i just hope there is a chance i coudl atleast get some pigment back.
