thanks also

TBH that is already pretty much my lifestyle and my diet except for the mushrooms as I'm allergic.
I really love this site as you are all so helpful! Thank you so much for the stock recipe, it sounds great!!

The dermatologist was very vague on the phone and the nurse who took my blood on my revisit didn't know my count. They tend not to tell us anything unless they are totally sure and have second check everything even then she won't tell me unless we are face to face. She is very particular about the way she does things. I asked my GP but he hadn't received a report yet.

This is the type of thing that stresses me out! I suppose I'm a bit of a control freak!!Big Grin

I will let you know as soon as I find out.

Shadie
Shadie I used to put myself out to get my blood results they should tell you as it's important that you know and can try to correct things.... Tell them you're not happy with vague answers. As you need to know so you can adjust your diet accordingly
That's just my opinion

You're welcome I use the stock a lot, chuck some noodles in, or simmer some leaks and blitz it up for a nice leak soup. Or watercress with a dollop of crème fraîche, the possibility's are endless.

Thank you for your kind words about Psoriasis Club. It's the people that make it, and now you're a member your input could help others too. Thumb

Sorry going a bit off topic now, I'll leave you to talk with the Fumaderm gang. Wave

Hi Shadie,
Welcome!

It is good to hear that your psoriasis has started to clear, keep us posted on your health.

I am due to start the first dose of fumaderm at the end of the month and am looking forward to not having any psoriasis, I am apprehensive about the side effects so will be interested to hear how you are getting on.

Take care

Welcome

Hi Shadie,

Sounds like a low lymphocyte count, but it has appeared quickly. Was your lymphocyte count lowered when you were on methotrexate? If your count was very low you would at least have had your dosage cut.

Cheers,

Bill
