Not much to report as yet. Had to write all the dosage down on my calendar as I am not the best person to remember things as I was given loads of the tablets and would hate to get it wrong and take too many!

Post again soon

Finally off to see the dermatologist today.

Day 5 yesterday and woke up last night with a sore stomach and hot face sensation. Nothing major though and managed to go back to sleep.

Will post later info from doctor - if there is any!

Hi Cheryl
Well the flushing and stomach discomfort show its starting to take effect, as long as it's bearable stick with it..... It does get better in time..... Even the flushes for me are less

Ahhh the flush ! That's a good signal. Yes, it is there sometimes in the morning, I had it myself when I drove away this morning from home.

The sore stomach? When did you take the medication. After a nights sleep the medication should not be in you stomach, it only remains there shortly. Are you sure it is you stomach and not your belly? (the last I should expect).

It is interesting to know Cheryl. Cause belly problems are it bit to be expected, but they should never become very worse. Otherwise try to follow the advice of Bill as much as possible, take the medication during dinner e.g. so that it becomes nicely mixed which reduces the problems in your belly.

Btw the belly is below the stomach, am I right Fred? Big Grin

I've started saying abdominal cramps rather than stomach or belly (belly is just a term really for abdominal area. )Perhaps lower abdomen would be correct. Any other ideas welcomed... I know you say caroline that the pains stem from the intestines. But it is difficult for me to pinpoint exactly where the pain is
