This is a list of the BBCodes you can use to enhance your posts.

BBCodes are usually enclosed between brackets. This is an open bracket [] and this is a closed bracket [/]  the code itself goes inside the bracket, and the text goes between the open and closed brackets. So to make your text bold you would use the code below. it will look like this.
Code:
[b]This text is bold[/b]
This text is bold

Whilst making a post you will see some buttons that will add the code for you: (click image to see full size)

Yes I know there are two other buttons on the right hand side, and I will get to them in the last post.

These are the codes you will have to insert yourself. *Note not all are in brackets.

#1 Spoiler: this one is a bit buggy and I can't show you the result as it conflict with other codes, but it creates a little button with hidden text that only shows when you click it.
Code:
[sp]Text goes here[/sp]

I think that should be enough for you to play with, there are few others that you may work out as you go along and some members have their own. (But that's another story)

Oh and for a bit of fun there are also these.

Now let's go back to those two extra buttons

These are not BBCodes, they do other things

Click on the Green one and you go into full page, click it again to come back.

Simple wasn't it?

Now for the other one: This one is the source mode or WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Editor.

I hate them myself, but you may want to use it so here goes.

I think I've changed the default to it being off, so it will be as it used to be. But if you go to your UserCP you can change it under "Edit Options" where it says "Put the editor in source mode by default"

Or you can change it for each post by clicking the last button on the right (See above image).

The best thing I can suggest is that you just try it and decide if you want to use it all the time or in each post, but to give you an idea of what it does. You can see how your post will look as you are typing. You can drag and drop images, etc.

I hope that has helped and don't forget you're welcome to try them out here: [Group Specific]

*If I've missed some you feel should be included please let me know. Also if you have a suggestion for a BBCode let me know as I can add more.

Now apparantly you don't know what align is justify means. Well it is quite easy. It means that when you write a text, and you continue this text over several lines, this text will be aligned both to the right as well as to the left side. So then the text appears to be in a sort of rectangular block, where normally without justification the ends of the lines, the right side, is not on one straight vertical line. So this text you are now reading  is in this form, it is aligned to both directions.
This opposed to this text. This text is only aligned to the left, or perhaps better said it is not aligned at all. This means that of course the left side is still straight on one vertical line, but it also means that the right side is dependant on the last word that fits on the right sideline which is than not anymore on one nice straigt vertical line.

Look at the right side of the text.... It is justified to the right. Just like in a newspaper.

But doesn't that mean it's justified to the right? so you could use that button instead.

Tilia is a genus of about 30 species of trees native throughout most of the temperate Northern Hemisphere. Commonly called lime trees in the British Isles, they are not closely related to the lime fruit. Other names include linden and basswood. The genus occurs in Europe and eastern North America, but the greatest species diversity is found in Asia. Under the Cronquist classification system, this genus was placed in the family Tiliaceae, but genetic research by the Angiosperm Phylogeny Group has resulted in the incorporation of this genus into the Malvaceae.

Tilia species are mostly large, deciduous trees, reaching typically 20 to 40 metres (66 to 130 ft) tall, with oblique-cordate leaves 6 to 20 centimetres (2 to 8 in) across. As with elms, the exact number of species is uncertain, as many if not most of the species will hybridise readily, both in the wild and in cultivation. Limes are hermaphroditic, having perfect flowers with both male and female parts, pollinated by insects.

Ok I see it now, but still don't see the point. Or how it does it.
