Hi Winnie welcome to the forum.
It's great on here , you are with everybody who know what you are going through and can give you support ,I did not start P and PsA until my 20s so you have started a little bit younger however when I started there was nothing much in the way of treatment but now it's much better. They have made fantastic strides in how they control both problems and continue to improve at a fast rate so I think that you can look forward to a much better future so don't let it get you down, never be afraid to be different.
